1.1 Bookings: To book Snap Event Photo Booth, you must provide accurate event details, including date, time, and location. Your booking is only confirmed once we receive the agreed deposit or full payment, as outlined in the booking confirmation.

1.2 Payments: A deposit may be required to secure your booking, with the remaining balance due prior to the event. Full payment is required in advance unless otherwise agreed. All payments must be made through accepted methods (bank transfer, credit card, etc.).

1.3 Cancellations and Refunds:

• If you cancel your booking more than 14 days before the event, you may be eligible for a refund of your deposit, minus any administrative fees.
• Cancellations within 14 days of the event may result in forfeiture of the deposit.
• Snap Event reserves the right to cancel or reschedule bookings in case of unforeseen circumstances, in which case a full refund or alternative date will be offered.

2.1 Operational Requirements: The Client must provide adequate space and access for the photo booth setup and operation. This includes power supply, space for props, and any other necessary arrangements. Snap Event will communicate any specific requirements prior to the event.

2.2 Damage to Equipment: The Client is responsible for any damage to the photo booth or props caused by event attendees due to misuse, negligence, or intentional actions. The Client may be charged for repair or replacement costs.

2.3 Guest Conduct: The Client is responsible for ensuring that guests behave appropriately while using the photo booth. Snap Event reserves the right to cease operations or remove the photo booth in cases of inappropriate behavior or misuse of equipment.

3.1 Image Usage: By using our photo booth, you and your guests agree to have your photos and media captured during the event. Snap Event may share these images with you and your guests digitally.

3.2 Promotional Use: Snap Event reserves the right to use event photos and videos for promotional purposes on our website and social media platforms. If you do not wish for your event images to be used in this way, please inform us in writing before the event.

3.3 Photo Delivery: Photos and videos will be delivered through digital platforms (email or cloud storage) within a reasonable time after the event. Snap Event will make every effort to ensure the quality and timely delivery of all media content.

4.1 Service Interruptions: Snap Event will make every effort to provide a continuous and seamless service during your event. However, we are not liable for interruptions in service due to power outages, technical malfunctions, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will do our best to rectify the issue or provide a suitable solution.

4.2 Limitation of Liability: Snap Event is not responsible for any personal injury, property damage, or loss incurred during the use of the photo booth. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the photo booth services.

4.3 Force Majeure: Snap Event is not liable for failure to perform services due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to acts of nature, war, civil disturbances, strikes, pandemics, or government restrictions.
